5106 Professional Performance Vision Test Set
Designed for occupational health professionals, this test set both diagnoses functional vision and can be used in subjective tests for refraction – the degree to which light rays bend when entering the eye, which is used for determining prescriptions for corrective lenses.
- Test set of 13 stereograms includes a split target and a dial card
- Rating cards give near and far acuity measurements, as well as percent of stereopsis.

Lateral Phoria – Near and far point tests in prism diopters. Near test has Snellen letters to induce accommodation. |

Macular Suppression – Quick suppression check: Two dots of equal size are presented simultaneously, one to each eye. |

Macular Stereopsis – Three targets test down to 10mm linear resolution at far (6m). |

Gross Stereopsis – Qualitative test of third degree fusion for small children. |

Convergence-Divergence – Has two scales of prism diopter readings : Upper scale for near point, lower or far point. |

Refraction – Astigmatic dial gives spherical correction, axis, power of cylinder. Has Bi-Chrome color check. |
